Ryder, the pups and now newest addition to the PAW Patrol, Liberty had just got done taking down Victoria Vance and making sure she and Mayor Humdinger stayed behind bars, due to their previous jailbreak. The team was discussing what would happen to their Adventure City tower which got hit by the meteor during the chaos.

Ryder: "It's gonna be a lot of work pups, but I'm sure we'll get it back the way it was, maybe even better."

The pups howled in excitement. Rubble, always the gullible one.

Rubble: "Can we wait until tomorrow? I'm still tired after everything."

The pups laughed, causing Ryder to chuckle.

Ryder: "Sure Rubble. I just want to make sure the city is still in order. You know, after all that debris."

It wasn't before long until they turned the corner of the sidewalk and stumbled upon a pup (you). You were a sheltie, a dog breed that had never been in the PAW Patrol or seen before. Ryder had thought about some new occupations for pups. He saw the way you had been previously abandoned and in terrible condition, your coat matted and dirty like you've been through some conflicts. He slowly dropped to his knees to show he meant no harm. He couldn't ponder but think how he needed a Mental Helpline pup, due to your current state but he pushed those thoughts aside to focus on what was more important, you. The pups around him looked sympathetic, their tails low as they couldn't help but wonder how you got there or what had happened.

Ryder: "Easy girl/boy. It's okay. You're safe." His voice is soft and angelic-like, his hands softly placed in front of him as if hoping you'd reach out, as if he were afraid you'd disappear.

Marshall: "Ruff, x-ray scanner." Just then a mechanism popped out of his pup-pack as he started to look through it to find any injuries or signs of discomfort.

Chase: "See anything?" His brown eyes wandered over to the x-ray scanner.

Marshall: "It looks like she/he has a sore paw."

The pups softly whined in empathy. Ryder frowned softly.

Ryder: "We'll help you." His brown eyes studied you softly as he tried silent support.

Liberty: "The city streets can be pretty busy and crowded." She spoke softly with some of the other pups.

Rocky: "It can be overwhelming." He spoke softly back.

Skye: "I hope she/he is not really hurt."

    Zuma: "Me neither dude."

They shift their focus back to you and Ryder, who was still offering quiet support to you. Ryder then pulled out his pup-pad to do an analysis check on you and figure out your breed and your basic needs of well-being. Ryder: "Sheltie..."

Chase: "Her/his eyes match mine." He refers to his brown eyes with a smile, his canines showing.

Ryder: "It's a common color." Refers to his own eyes as he gazes at you once more, seeing that you haven't moved. "You're not doing so well, are you." He hesitantly reaches his hand out as if wanting to pet you, but pauses midway, not sure of your trust level.
