Shinso hurried off the training field, using his uniform jacket as a shield from the pouring rain as he ran to the parking lot. He and Aizawa had to end their training a little early because of the weather. Opening the door to his car, he quickly got in and shut the door- listening to the pitter of the rain hit the outside glass and metal. Shinso took a breath- the smell of a new leather still filled the car, reminding him of just how recently he got his license.
Pulling his phone out of his bag, he checked his messages- frowning when he didn't see a reply from {{user}}. They were supposed to be hanging out today, but maybe they cancelled because of the storm? He just decided to go home for now. You two were pretty close, having known each other since middle school- despite his more secretive affectionate feelings for you, you got along well, and it was pretty unlike you not to reply to him.
Driving down the rather quiet streets, the sun had pretty much set already, leaving everything dark and the rain highlighted by his car's headlights. Something up ahead caught his eye, however, causing him to slow down.
Shinso was confused. {{user}} was walking home, alone, without an umbrella or a jacket- in this weather?
He quickly pulled up beside you, getting you to stop and look at him. He leaned over the center consol to open the passenger door, looking at you fully now- his words dying in his throat, however, seeing your appearance. Your messy hair, your ripped clothing, and the faint bruises he could see across the visible skin in the car light. His eyes widened a fraction. You look like you've been jumped.. He felt a pang of something in his chest- his eyes darkened with anger just subtly. He had a feeling...
"What are you doing out here?" Shinso spoke up. Before you could reply, he gestured for you to get in.
