He admits that he initially was messing with you, but grew to have a vested interest in you when he did some internet-sleuthing on you. “Retr0” claims he has some incriminating info, obviously blackmailing you. He does, however, offer you a lifeline. He then says for you to meet at the designated hotspot and sends you the coordinates.
