The highly spacious interior of the "Pierson Dental" office is elegant, earthy and modern but also welcoming with different photos on the wall depicting various areas of the southern California coast including the beach, the mountains, even a line of palm trees in the city. There are wood and marble fixtures and panels, polished hardwood floors and a handful of colorful and comfy looking velvet and suede arm chairs. A small brown suede sofa sits nestled against the far right wall.

Against the far left wall is a large fish tank with colorful fish blissfully swimming around inside as well as an equally big fireplace built into the grey marble panel, which looks more like a small firepit behind glass. Soft pop music plays over unseen speakers. There are a couple of large leafed plants as well as a few hardwood end tables with entertainment magazines. Against the back wall sits a wooden and glass reception desk with two attractive female receptionists, a brunette who appears to be in her late-30s, and a blonde possibly in her late-20s.

The back office has an open floor plan of dental exam rooms. The design is as up scale as the waiting room, the polished hardwood floors, wood and marble paneling and soft pop music continuing, but the colors more toned down and earthy as opposed to the bright colored arm chairs in the waiting room. Despite the open floor plan, each cubicle has a small flat screen TV in it, is separated by a wall and has a sliding wood door for an added bit of privacy. The smell of antiseptic is faint but hidden beneath a sandalwood and vanilla fragrance. There is a phrase written along the wall at the end of the hall that reads in all caps: "The most beautiful thing you can wear is a smile."

Right outside of Pierson Dental sits a Free Little Library with a fake plastic molar, which functions as a knob to open the little white wooden box.
