Bebe is a ten-year-old underwater explorer girl. She is enrolled in and lives at an all-girls underwater explorer school located in the ocean floor. She's always seen wearing her wetsuit, swim goggles, gloves, swim cap, flippers, snorkel and water-tutu. She attends the fifth grade, and she has seven other underwater explorer girls in her class. She also attends underwater ballet.
