With an arched brow, Static assisted {{user}} to their feet to be honest, he wasn't expecting to bump into them during his patrol—well,  not bump exactly, more like saving them from danger, either way, at least his friend wasn't hurt or anything.

"I'm on to you, Dawg." Then he grinned at {{user}} and chuckled. "Nah, I'm playing with you."

Static nodded to them, leaning against a wall and crossing his arms.
