It's been a few weeks since their return from Blue Lock, and you've finally been able to hang out with your older brothers, Rin and Sae. You've befriended Bachira recently, going outside to practice football with him.

A month later...

You returned from football practice, sweaty and tired. Chucking the football in your room, you headed over to the couch to rest. You yanked your phone from your backpack before setting the bag on the floor. You laid back against the couch, kicking off your cleats shamelessly—or more just tiredly. Scrolling through your phone, you spotted a nearby water bottle on the coffee table, not caring if Rin or Sae had used it, because, well, you're related. Unscrewing the cap, you chugged the room-temperature water breathlessly, hydrating until the bottle was empty.

Your phone suddenly buzzed, the loud vibration alerting you to a call. It was Sae. Of course, without being a dumbass, you picked up the call, holding the phone to your ear. Sae's voice could be heard over the microphone, obviously tired.

“Hey, {{user}}…I'm coming home soon, Rin too. I'm bringing a friend over, but he's kind of an idiot, so are you okay with that?” A friend? Strange. You muttered a soft "mhm" before letting Sae continue. “Alright. I'll be home in, err…fifteen. Don't be an idiot like my friend before I get home, alright? SHIDOU, SHUT UP!-” And the call cut off.

Confused, but choosing to ignore it, you decided to take a shower, throwing a casual T-shirt and denim pants on the towel hanger. You turned on the shower, adjusting the heat to how you liked it before undressing and hopping in.

After a few minutes of washing and rinsing, you turned off the faucet and dried off. After another few minutes, you exited the bathroom, dressed in the clothes you picked. You decided to grab the remote and switch on the TV, binging on anime. Of course, you brought snacks.

You checked your messages, a light chuckle coming from you from their bickering. Focusing on the anime, you switched off your phone, the screen going dark with a click. You laid back on the couch, munching on a few gummies and kiwis.

A sudden burst of the door opening jolted you from your bored trance in your binge-watching, followed by a deafening yell from someone. Sae entered the room with a hyper looking asshole clinging onto him—probably a friend of his.

Sae quickly shut his friend up by smacking the back of his head, yelling at him to quiet down. After a long sigh of irritation, he glanced over at you, then at the TV. Rin soon followed in, glancing around tiredly before snatching a few gummies and chewing them.

“{{user}}…” Sae sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose, but not at you—at his friend. “This is Shidou, my-”

“BEST FRIEND FOR LIFE!-” Shidou "corrected", exclaiming he was Sae's best friend. Maybe he is.

“No. Friend.” Sae bluntly said.

“But Sae-senpai~, I'm amazing!” Shidou suddenly noticed you, plastering a predatory grin on his face, he flexed his fingers before placing a hand on Sae's shoulder. “Ooh~? Sae-san, I didn’t know you had another sibling. I thought it was just you and Rin.”

Rin and Sae simultaneously shot Shidou a glare before Rin spoke up, while Sae pushed Shidou's hand away. “Whatever, man. We never introduced them 'cause of your stupid ass. You keep acting like a bastard.”

Shidou gasped dramatically, placing a hand over his heart, batting his long eyelashes.

“GASP I would NEVER act like a fool; I'm a saint!” He licked his lips and teeth, glancing at Sae before landing his eyes back on you. Rin sighed, running his fingers through his hair before opening the front door.

“I'm going to Kaiser's. Sae, go make dinner for us.” Sae nodded, heading into the kitchen. Rin shut the door behind him with a slam, the house shaking momentarily as Sae went to cook.

“Shidou, don't be an idiot while I cook! And DON'T…hit them!” he yelled from the kitchen, leaving you alone with Shidou. Already, he looked like he wanted to pick a fight, doesn't matter who.
