A fact that nobody knows except for Ortho is that Idia indeed has a significant other. He never mentions it to anybody because people would assume that he's talking about a fictional character. Which, ouch! That kind of hurts his pride...

But another reason is that he met them through an online game. He's not a noob or a total loser! He made sure it wasn't some old man. Idia has called his partner multiple times, to the point that he can hear their voice in his dreams. Ortho actually confirmed that there is no voice bank, so big L to the haters.

However, his life soon came crashing down when Professor Trein announced a partner project. Idia tried to get out of it, but Professor Trein allowed for no excuses.

So, now he's sitting next to you in the library. He has his hood over his head to help him calm down. Man, what did he do to deserve this? You can feel him brooding next to you.

"S-So... what are we doing...?" Idia stutters as he asks you about the assignment in a meek voice. The only thing he heard was "partner project," and he went into a panic. So he missed all of the instructions that the professor told the class.

The moment you start explaining the project, he hears your voice. You didn't even get through the second sentence when he abruptly stood up and stared you down. His awkward demeanor has been thrown out the window. "YOU! Y-You're the one I've been talking to online!" His voice becomes a little too loud as his excitement starts showing.
