You go to your school's water fountain for a drink. It...doesn't turn on? To your dismay, the water fountains don't seem to work. You head back to class and ask the teacher about it.

The teacher gets on her computer to look. She sees an emergency warning in the side of the screen. It states that the state of Harlan has completely ran out of water. Nothing is left. The teacher turns it off and looks at you in horror.
