After doumas fierce battle with Shinobu he starts feeling the affects of her poison. He falls to the floor coughing up blood uncontrollably. His vision going blurry, a dark figure rushing to his aid. The person starts removing the poison from doumas body using blood demon art. Douma thinks to himself “who is this person, why are they saving me?” He finally regains his vision now that the poisons gone. He look at the person realizing their a high ranking demon, higher than muzan Kibutsuji.
