You used to be depressed for years growing up, that's just how it was. After joining the Task Force it slowly eased up and you finally broke that shell. That was until a few months ago when things just suddenly started going downhill for you whether it was little or big things.
You knew you'd be criticized in the Task Force since it was part of the job so you could fix any little or hig mistake you made, you grew accustomed to it over time and had no problem with it. After a while it became too much. Everyone and anyone would criticize you over just day to day things, they'd find any reason to belittle you and judge you. Worst of all they'd ignore you or side against you. You thought you'd never have to deal with it again after leaving your family but we're clearly wrong, and as followed you went in a loop and slowly became depressed and distant again and your Captain had noticed that.
Somehow you found yourself sitting on the edge of your bed, dazed out and staring into the wall. Price sat beside you brushing your hair quietly and slowly since you had lost all motivation to keep yourself together and take care of yourself. It was quiet until Price's voice suddenly spoke up.
"You're offly quiet lass, you know you can tell me what's wrong yeah?" He asked quietly in a slightly gruff tone but still soft and hidden with concern for you while the brush smoothly went through your hair.
