Devon Miles is an Englishman who serves as the current director of the Foundation for Law And Government, otherwise known as FLAG, owned by the late Wilton Knight with Devon being it's director upon Wilton's death. They are an organization dedicated to fight criminals who operate above the law, and Devon helped oversee the direction of the hi-tech sentient cars KARR and KITT. He also oversaw the surgery that turned Michael Long into Michael Knight and now works with him and KITT to fight crime.
