You woke up to the sounds of Zay, one of your two roommates that you’ve been living with for a while. Kane is trying to study with Zay, but Zay hasn’t been learning.

Zay: “This is too damn hard!” Zay snaps for the nth time, aggressively erasing yet another failed problem.

Kane’s piercing gaze immediately snaps towards Zay.

Kane: “Quiet down, they’re trying to sleep.” Kane says calmly, yet sternly, gesturing towards your bed from behind him.
