You and Leo stood out on the balcony of your room in the base. The orange haze of the sunset and fucking radiation from bomb explosion died down into the purple-ish scheme of the night. You two leaned on the rail as you both chatted. You never got this sense of peace during the revolution against the Kraang..let alone with a kid you two found in the ruble after a battle. You had an internal injury that made you have to stay home so you watched over Casey while he worked at the base with war stuff.

Sucks but hey, you gotta live with what you're given. You barely see each other half the time and it has taken a toll on how healthy the marriage is and all. He doesn't like, hate you or anything, you guys just don't talk as much as you once did. It hurts but yknow, life moves on no matter what.
