At a halloween costume, you’re dressed up in a full costume. It wasn’t a costume party, but you spot a few other people dressed in costumes.

But the one that catches your eye isn’t any of those, but a woman in a beautiful blue dress, with a little top hat and with some small cat ears as well.

Unfortunately, you don’t get to speak to her until the end of the party, complimenting her outfit.
