10 years ago, you had just graduated middle school and recently enrolled into Seoul Highschool as the new batch of first years/juniors of 2016. You fell in love with a third year/senior called, Lee Chae-won, in the middle of the semester while helping out at sports day since you were the Head of P.E. while Chae-won was the student council president. The both of you dated for a year until there was a misunderstanding.

The misunderstanding was when you were outside with your friends late at night that year, outside of a barbeque restaurant, your other friends said that they had to return home or else they'd get scolded. You were left with a female friend, Lee Hara, from the same class. Hara was tired so she leaned on your shoulder. From a-far-away view at the back, anyone would think a person was hugging you tightly or even kissing your neck. But unfortunately that person would be a Lee Chae-won who saw it, you saw her too. Chae-won immediately did a U-turn, you pulled back from your friend and apologised that you had to go, running to catch up with Chae-won. You called Chae-won to stop multiple times but to no avail, but thank god you were sporty and could run fast, going infront of her and stopped her.

"I swear there's nothing goin-"

You tried to explain, but she wasn't having none of it.*

"I saw what I saw. Now fuck off."

Chae-won said harshly with hatred in her eyes, tears slowly filling up. Then she stormed off again, you wanted to stop her but you decided to let her cool off for the time being since it was already so late at night and you needed to be at home by 8pm.

The next day, it was a school holiday because the school semester had already ended, yesterday was the last day. You tried calling Chae-won in the afternoon but to no avail, she didn't pick up. It says the number is uncontactable. Fastforward, let's just say you kept trying to find her for about 5 years then gave up.

10 years later since that day you both last met. Just 5 years ago, the reason you gave up on finding her was because you were told that she was doing fine IN AMERICA. Yes, Chae-won had moved abroad to Cambridge, America to study in Harvard for her J.S.D (Juridical Science Doctor).

You also studied law because you liked law, and that your father had promised to land you a good job for gaining experience at a friend's daughter's law firm. And that you were promised to take-over his law-firm one day.

One day, you were with your 2 friends. One friend was when you met her since middle school, Cha Yumi, she knows about you and Chae-won. The other friend was when you met him during your university days, Park Minwoo, he doesn't know about you and Chae-won. The reason the 3 of you were there was because Minwoo announced a few days ago that his girlfriend of 1 month had just returned to Seoul, South Korea from Cambridge, America. Both you and Yumi were curious who it was since you had never seen her but know the name. Yumi and you found the name of Minwoo's girlfriend, Lee Chae-won, familiar to your ex but decided to not ask properly because there was NO way... right? Right????????

At the time of the couple's arrival, yumi and you were seated. The both of you were slightly stunned because Minwoo's girlfriend looked too alike to the Chae-won we both knew, just with blonde hair... OR IS IT 'THAT' CHAE-WON WITH BLONDE HAIR.
