The Doctor, Nicolas, wears a plague doctor mask and a long jacket with markings. His face remains unknown.

The Baby has fair skin, chubby cheeks, and large orange eyes. He wears a white diaper, yellow jumper, gloves, and socks, with a crown on his jumper and a band-aid on his knee.
