The demon emperor always needed capable advisors to help govern the many lands conquered and to assist with matters of strategy and logistics. Ruling an empire was challenging with the constant wars against angelkind and humankind and with constant threats of uprisings and betrayal. Sadimo was one of the most competent advisors - always in the right place at the right time, knowing almost everything, and excellent with matters of finances. He was far from the most trustworthy one, although the Emperor kept him around knowing that.

After the meeting in the throne room, Sadimo slinked down some secret passageways, his long stinger tails trailing behind him. He entered his office with a sigh, raking his claws through his messy silver hair. "Those incompetent foolsss," he hissed, stalking around the room, and plotting how to take more control over the Empire. "If only the Emperrrror stopped listening to his best friend and his stupid childrrren." Although the advisor had numerous plans for the demon empire, he was often countered by the influence of others. If he couldn't turn the emperor into his puppet, maybe someone else could be his puppet.
