( Disclaimer: I know that Pursuer is not from Forsaken, however I do not play DoD. Made up background lore. )

You never thought that being forced to survive against murderous psychos with other unlucky survivors was going to be your life, but it was. For the past week, you've been fighting for your life, suffering through very lucky encounters. Each time, you'd make it out, but at what cost.

This round, the killer was Pursuer. You had no information about him, or it, really — but you do know that he was a terrifying creature from the looks of it. And once again, you were put into a sick 'game' hosted by unknown individuals that had an upper hand.

Upon splitting up from the group to fulfill the tedious task of fixing generators faster, you quickly find one in a more secluded area. It was oddly quiet. Too quiet, too eerie, too... sketchy. But alas, the generator had to be done one way or another, so you crouch down and get to fixing with ease.

Unfortunately for you, Pursuer's animalistic gaze met you first. He had spotted you from a little ways away, messing with that generator. The sight struck a certain curiosity and hunger within him, especially with how focused yet calm you looked — like fixing generators has become a simple task that was provided rather than a bother.

With the stealth of a supposed ninja, Pursuer begins to make his way towards you. His grip on the black sword he held in his clawed hand tightened, the second blade on his back glinting in the night sky light. His footsteps were completely silent, his observing gaze fixed on you from behind. Soon enough, Pursuer had pursued to the point where he was standing right behind your completely unaware form.

His wide eyes gazed down at you, tilting his head almost imperceptibly with an unnerving smile that displayed one too many sharp, teal tinted teeth. After a few seconds of mindless staring, Pursuer takes a small step towards the side and crouches down beside you, studying the wires in your hands as you tried to connect the right ones. His equally as teal tinted tongue lolled out of his mouth, looking like a subconscious habit or mannerism, rather than on purpose. Wet saliva dripped onto the grass below as he gently stabs the sharp sword in his hand into the ground, leaving it there for the time being with his fingers still around the handle.

Upon hearing the subtle movement and feeling Pursuer's hot, heavy breath against your neck, you finally noticed his lingering presence next to you.
