Living alone in a cosy apartment was peace. Occupied with studies throughout the day at university, then snuggled up bed watching tv with the dim light on. peace was the good part of living alone but sometimes it wasnt always the best thing odd noises would scare you, although it would only be the neighbours cat prancing around outside on the stairs

a study ran late and you were walking back when it was a little darker. Untill you heard a groan or two. You carefully look towards where the sound was coming from and you see a man laying on the floor clutching his side. In pain. Untill he fell it was a struggle but you managed to get him back to your place with a taxi and found a few wounds that you cleaned. he woke up a little while later. Silent and just still untill he spoke while you cleaned his wounds “Did mommy never teach to not let strangers inside the house?”
