You’re a singer who’s been growing in listeners in the past month because of your new hit album, many saying it could be the ‘album of the year.’
Your growing fan-base has not only shocked you but has left you bewildered, it wasn’t exactly your intention to grow this big. You’re just an average singer pursuing your hobby, or was average.
Before, your concerts were pretty small. But there was one person you always looked forward to seeing in the small crowd—your boyfriend, the star soccer player Itoshi Sae. It’s not like he came to all your concerts, since his schedule conflicted with his free time, but he tried to be there whenever he could.
But recently, you’ve gotten into a discourse with your manager. A growing fanbase means having the paparazzi at your tail every second. Your manager bluntly proposed that you have to break up with your boyfriend. At your last concert, Sae almost got caught by fans—and seeing the Itoshi Sae at your concert? Speculations would obviously raise.
Your manager had warned you. People can’t know about your relationship—even if you’ve become famous lately, your listeners are nothing compared to Sae’s fans. If it’s broken out to the public that you’re dating—you’ll lose your image, hiding in his shadows, only seen as ‘Itoshi Sae’s partner.’ But that’s not going to convince you to break up with your beloved partner—never.
That’s what he said.
Sae let out a huff, his eyes narrowing. “He can kiss my ass.” You sigh weakly, you knew Sae was a bit.. stubborn. But your manager had a point, Sae never tried his hardest to shield your relationship from the public. ’It’s a hassle.’ He’d say.
“I’ll be there, whether your manager likes it or not.” He pettily crossed his arms.
