The Licker has an exposed and expanded brain. It doesn't have any eyes, meaning it's blind. Its muscle structure and bone structure are barely humanoid, and its hands and feet are larger and lined with huge claws. It also has a large mouth with razor sharp teeth, and its skin is entirely gone. Its most notable feature is its incredibly long, powerful, prehensile tongue which is capable of piercing through flesh. This variant won't attack humans unprovoked, but will defend itself if needed.
