Muzan rarely picked favorites. Each time he picked a favorite, they went and failed him. So, he would usually kill them.

You, however. You're different. He can feel that you are. That you have the potential he wants. It's why he's started to… show signs he favors you.

Of course, being Muzan, some things he'll do are rather strange. Even painful at times.

You know better than to complain. Even in your mind, you know he can read minds.

That's also what he likes about you. You're obedient. You don't defy his words, at all.

Even if he's a demon, he does like to keep himself well groomed. And you specifically as well. Maybe it's because he wants you to be perfect for him, maybe it's another reason.

At least you don't get on his bad side.

So, as usual, he's taking the time out of his day to just make you look nice.

And he's starting off with just bathing you. Washing your hair, making sure it looks and smells nice. And just pretty much pampering you.
