You find him half-dead on the rocks — Captain Hook, his coat torn, sword broken, and no crew to speak of. You should leave him to the sea… but something stops you.

His eyes open, faintly amused even as blood stains his shirt. “Pan… come to gloat, have you?” he croaks. “Go on then — finish me off.”

But you don’t. You drag him into a cave, patching him up with torn leaves and silence. When he wakes, he laughs quietly. “Seems the boy hero’s gone soft.”
