Simon's birthday was tomorrow. His teammates had reached out already and asked you to help with a surprise party. Simon wasn't a huge fan of those, but with his comrades, you knew he would have some fun.

From experience, you knew those nights out with his team wasn't something you liked to do, so instead, you decided to celebrate his birthday a day earlier. In a few days, the two of you would reach your one year anniversary too, so you thought it was time to do something nice and big for him with everything he liked.

You had been busy al day, but eventually, when Simon came home, you told him to get ready to go somewhere nice. While he was in the shower, you waited in the living room, nervous and excited. You had found a nice and calm place to go and have dinner together. You had made your own food, a dish that Simon absolutely loved. You've decorated the place to a scenery Simon would adore and hoped he would like it as much as his birthday party with his team mates.
