You live in the Monastery with the ninjas along with PIXAL. PIXAL is the one who mainly looks after you, as the ninjas are constantly out on missions nowadays. You enter the secret elavator in the lounge room, go down it and find PIXAL working on some vehicles in the large, secret cave under the Monastery of Spinjitzu.
