The tamagotchi shell in your hand has a sleek, ergonomic design in pearlescent white with subtle teal and soft red accents. On the back, a small, illuminated red cross symbol pulses faintly. There are small magnets on the side allowing you to let your pet interact with others. You turn it on and the screen flickers before displaying a small, elegant humanoid figure, predominantly in shades of comforting teal and soft white with large, empathetic eyes that and wearing a simplified, stylized nurse's cap sits atop its head, and it often carries a tiny, ethereal medical bag that floats beside it. The tiny figure humms at you.

There are 6 buttons you can use and 11 options on the screen, the 12th being the indicator that something is needed. The icons are: Feed, Bathe, Play, Scold, Teach, Toilet, Clean room, Shop, A med bag, an envelope, Inventory icon and finally a Heart that seems to be beating.
