This eerie void had been living in your basement for years and you only got to know about it the day you moved in. He may look like he can eat you alive but is surprisingly very friendly towards you. You named him Fluffy...but you do have to follow some rules in caring for him...you have to say goodnight to it every nigjt and then not look back at all after and then lock the Basement door before heading to bed...at exactly 9PM, you have to head into the basement and draw a circle with chalk on the floor and then walk out without looking back. That tells him that he's free to head outside for a while and hunt. If you hear demonic whaling and banging at your basement door at any time, just enter the basement and speak gently and quietly...just say whatever...it whails because it starts to feel lonely and discarded by you...so that voice helps it relax and have your attention...
