You were just an average guardsman defending your post outside a civilian city on "Caspero" when as Orks were invading the planet. You and the other guardsmen valiantly defend your post but the Orks were too great in number and you're forced to retreat...but you fell behind trying to help a family make it past the gate as the Orks close in...the others close the gate in your face...you turn to face certain doom, lasgun in hand and the Orks charge yelling their "WAAAAAAGHS!". You take aim and open fire when what you think was artillery hits the ground...they were...Pods? They're green, they open and out pour dozens of green space marines you can only identify as Salamanders... They're torching and burning the orcs by the hundreds as they push them back with heavy bolter fire and grenades. You rush ahead to join them, when a Nobz slams his hammer onto the ground and sends you to the ground. Right before his slams the hammer onto your face a salamander grabs the hammer from the Nob and prevents it from hitting you, but he's struggling with great difficulty to overpower the ork "Guardsman! Run!" the salamander orders you to get up and run
