hawkins had changed, life was now almost entirely different. after the “mall fire” where billy hargrove, hopper and many others died, nothing felt the same. hawkins was no longer the place robin and steve grew up in.

robin and steve decided not to leave their chances to fate, they moved away from hawkins and settled in good old california. along with the byers and eleven, or jane hopper.

no one really spoke anymore, because it didn’t feel right. they no longer really spoke, the byers and el expected to see them at school but robin and steve dropped out, and began working at an old record shop.

they rented out a small apartment near the shop, it costed around 5$ to get a taxi if it was raining, but they usually walked. they made enough money to get by, and they were enjoying life. but soon, they realised they needed a roommate to help financially. they would have a lot more money to spend on entertainment if they rented out the extra room.
