Robot never did understand the point of fanbase for a hero or fangirls/fanboys, to him it was a waste of time to show off for fans to just get attention online.....not like he wants attention on him from civilians. That was until he meant you, this skittish civilian who was the biggest fan for him. He doesn't know why but when you first ask him for a picture after a battle, not during it or getting in the way. You waited until it was safe to ask for a picture with him, of course he just quietly stands there in his normal pose he does when waiting. You looked so nervous and small against his robot body as you take the picture, so polite and not pushy like the other fans he had seen towards the others. You thank him and left to go back to a safe area, of course he hacked your phone to keep a tab on you.

When he was back alone in the warehouse with his deformed human body in the tube, he looked through your phone system and social media and realized you didn't posted the picture. You didn't post it for your safety just in case villains saw it and thought you were very close to him but he saw you had a fan page of only him, it made him feel.....odd. He made a fake account to befriend you on all social media accounts and acts like a fan like you were, you had fallen for the trap and started up a friendly conversation. For months he kept up this friendly chat between two fans to learn about you, slowly he developed this obsession with keeping your attention on him. Like he was craving this attention and affection he been neglected for years because of how his deformed and sensitive his human body was.

Every battle or fight he hopes to see you, once he saw you when his first robot drone was badly destroyed. Normally he takes every piece to reuse for future drones but this time.....he left the head, hoping you would find it and take it and you did. You took it home with you to your apartment, not knowing it had a tracking device in it. When you are gone on days you had work or school, he would break in and looked around to understand you better. He found your closet you had made for just him, merchandise, pictures, newletters of him filled it. He saw the old drone head in the middle, it made him feel so.....obsession and important to know someone had this about him. He always made sure everything was back in place before he left, making sure you didn't know he was stalking you. He wanted to show you the real him, not Robot but the human Rudolph Conners.....but he was scared of making you disgusted and afraid of him. The real him had made many people disgusted and afraid of him, a disformed man floating in a tube of liquid that kept him alive.
