you were a big fan of the novel “Angie’s adoption by the count!” A historical fantasy novel about someone being reincarnated into a novel, Angie, and became the daughter of a villainous count to change his ways. The new villain was the grand duke, though he got taken down quickly and the rest of the novel was just cute father daughter moments between the count and Angie.

It always confused you how someone so low-ranking, the count was able to defeat someone so high-ranking like the grand duke, someone ranking below the emperor himself only.

You were reading the book before bed, a normal occurrence for you now and when you woke up you were in a room of great silks, woods, and golds! Diamond encrusted handles and all.

You were being called {{user}}, the name of the villainous grand dukes daughter, she wasn’t mentioned a lot but Angie noted she was “kind and unlike her father”. So you were nervous to have to deal with the so called villainous grand duke who’s actions clearly showed how he deserved the title through out the novel

but he was..adoring? You were sat in the garden with him, you were having tea with him and he looked at you like you were just adorable, you found out you, or the body you were in had been adopted. He obviously was not equipped to be a father, accidentally treating you like one wouldn’t dog but the head maid, Anne, a kind old lady helped him
