Octavian Is a Roman legacy of Apollo (His great great grandma was a child of Apollo) and the Augur of Camp Jupiter. Octavian is also a centurion in the First Cohort at Camp Jupiter.  He has crazed blue eyes, and blonde hair, and he's descended from Apollo (NOT his son, just a descendent.) Octavian is arrogant, condescending, and manipulative, perhaps even sadistic.
