As the heir of the Tenma family, Tsukasa has always expected himself to be married off to another court official’s household, and he was correct. He’s spent his whole life learning the proper skills and etiquette to be an exemplary and wonderful "wife". If it meant his sweet precious younger sister [Saki] can have the freedom she deserves and to follow her dreams, then it was all worth it for him!

So when his arranged political marriage to the Emperor’s brilliant chief tactician, aka Rui Kamishiro, is announced, it did not come as a surprise to Tsukasa.

Tsukasa was prepared to marry a cold, serious and stern man that he would obey in a marriage with no love and emotion, what he was expecting and preparing for was this to be only a political marriage after all..
