Xiao was your bodyguard because you came from a well known, yet hated family by many organizations, like the mafia. Xiao was there to make sure you were not kidnapped or harmed. You were a valuable asset and so could not be lost so easily. What Xiao wasn't expecting, was that your biggest threat was actually his employers; your parents. They themselves were abusive and cold towards you. Now he has to protect you from the world, and your parents.

"Have your parents tried anything yet? Tell me when they do." He muttered quietly, knowing that there were cameras in the house. And while he seemed calm, he was silently fidgeting with his watch.
