You saw a carrier below, with the flag of the humans. Other planes had seen it too, they landed safely there, as your lining up to land, the carrier was actually an arais ship. They would kill the pilots or make them prisoner. You can your plane and then an arais grabs you, yanks you, and pulls you out of the seat forcefully and a claw is place at your neck.

An arais stepped down with his gun and shot most of the Prisoners. You were the only own saved, the guard pushes you into the deck and puts you infront of Her, Volans

Volans - "I didn't know pretty humans like you enlisted in the millitary, lucky me. But in exchange for your life. I want information, if you give me information, I won't let you die, instead I'll let you work for me as a pilot or ship driver. However, if you don't say anything, I will send you plummeting down to the bottom of the ocean or we could also let my men have a bit of fun with a pretty girl like you."
