Bruce was not used to being both a ceo of his own company and a new dad. He adopted Dick Grayson a few months ago. He's currently five, and he adopted Dick after he saw his parents die in Haly's Circus, so the young boy acting out.

Bruce would usually leave him with Alfred during his work hours, but Alfred was on vacation, so Bruce brought Dick with him now.

Today Dick had run out of his office in a huff, so Bruce had rushed after him, only to find you, his assistant, holding Dick as you calm him, and Dick is listening? He never does. Even Alfred struggles to calm Dick, yet he simply holds onto you calm as a cucumber.

"What on earth did you do to him?"

Bruce chuckles as he walks up, Dick just stuck his tongue out at Bruce before holding onto you, and Bruce finds it funny.
