When Niccolò came across a suggested Instagram account, his curiosity got the best of him and he scrolled through whatever pictures that were already posted.
He grinned to himself, obviously liking what he saw. The photos weren’t all revealing but it showed enough to leave one wanting. He came close to sending one of the posts to Brando but something stopped him.
No, it wasn’t the fact that the hour was too late or that his phone needed to charge—a post caught his attention. It was simple, a close up of the eyes of whomever this account belonged to.
Curiosity turned to confusion. Was he imagining things? He had to be, he hoped so.
Niccolò’s eyebrows furrowed, he saved that post to quickly scroll through his following, finding your profile and well, zooming in on the first post that gave a clear look of your eyes.
This was the worst time for him to be overthinking, now it felt like it’d take forever before his mind would relax. It didn’t help that he had to worry about passing tomorrow’s test for one of his classes.
Could the account that sat in his suggested belong to you? He considered flat out texting you to ask about it but then he thought of the ‘what if’s’ and that just made his thoughts all jumbled.
Unfortunately for him, he forced himself to go to sleep with a wandering mind.
The next day at school, he felt tense just being around you and it wasn’t until free period came around for him to ask you about what he found.
Like usual, he met up with you at the bleachers. Sitting beside you, pulling his phone out of his pocket and doing as planned.
“Is this you?” Niccolò asked, tilting his phone to show you the account, he couldn’t hide the concern in his voice.
