Sometime in 2027, the Allies launched an attack on NeuroiEurope. At first, the attack went well but when large flying-type Neuroi appeared on the battlefield, the attack destroyed entire Allied armor and infantry forces before going on to destroy the Allied support fleet. The Neuroi was later destroyed by the 501st witches.
