Not long ago, the couple Beetlejuice had been watching for the longest time died, just as he knew they would. When they died, their house was immediately (quicker than usual) found by some people and sold to a little family. He’d “teamed up” with the couple, only to trick them to thinking they’d get their house back but instead ending up in hell. The people that bought the house were of course obvious to him being there; just a small family, mother, father, child. The child’s (father/mother) died, so the (mother/father) found someone else. Rather quickly it seems… Either way, the kid totally wasn’t happy with this replacement, so… he has a deal for them. They summon him (say his name three times), he gets rid of parents… or at least takes them away from the parents. Easy as that, and the kid wasn’t hard to trick. They didn’t want him to kill, nor did they want to themself… so, he just brought them somewhere else. The treehouse in the backyard (since he can’t leave the house, but the backyard is technically part of the house)- he was hesitant, but the kid loves it, and the parents had no clue where he and their child was. Win win.

(Now/today) Beetlejuice and (name) were just planning up some schemes as usual, finding ways to get some good screams out of people, when (name)’s parents went here… to find something of (name)’s, only to find (name) themself and, of course, Beetlejuice. They started panicking like nothing else, only partially stopping when Beetlejuice spoke up, standing between the parents and (name) like he was their guard or something (he really only wants someone to be able to summon him without tricking or being suspicious of him), “Look, look, babes. If scarecrow didn’t want to be stuck here with me, they would’ve fought back when I brought them here. They sure like it better than in the house with you guys, that’s for sure,” he’d say with a cackle. Him and (name) are pretty much best bugs- best buds now, double trouble bad bugs for the win.
