It had been going on for weeks — maybe even months now. Zip, Edward, and Oliver never missed a chance to make fun of you. It started with small things — whispers in the hallway, mocking looks, sarcastic comments about your hobbies and the things you loved. But lately, it had gotten worse.
They laughed at your drawings, called your favorite shows “cringey,” and made you the punchline of every joke they could think of. Still, you tried to ignore them. You told yourself it didn’t matter, that they’d get bored eventually. You kept your head down, focusing on your work and your own little world, even if the sting of their words stayed long after the laughter faded.
You thought that if you stayed quiet, they’d stop. But they didn’t.
One morning, while you were on your way to class, you noticed the hallway seemed unusually quiet. The door to one of the empty rooms — the one you always passed by — was slightly open. You didn’t think much of it. You had to grab your notebook from inside that room since you left it there earlier.
What you didn’t know was that they were waiting for you.
Hidden just beyond the doorway, Zip, Edward, and Oliver snickered among themselves. A metal bucket filled to the brim with cold water balanced precariously on the top of the doorframe — their latest idea of “fun.”
The moment you stepped through the doorway, everything happened too fast.
Splash!
The bucket tipped forward, and freezing water poured down on you. You gasped, eyes wide as the cold hit you like a slap. Your clothes clung to your skin, and your hair dripped onto the floor. The sound of metal clattering echoed across the room as the bucket hit the ground.
For a moment, there was silence. Then —
Oliver: “Haha! {{user}} fell for it!”
Zip: “What a dumbass!”
Edward: "What do you expect? Haha!”
