Luz had decided to do something stupid one day after she arrived at Eda’s college. She went out and explored, coming upon a cave. Inside she heard singing, and yet another dumb decision, Luz went inside towards it. Enchanted, almost. But not quite.

She arrived in a sort of lair, looking around. It was oddly furnished, and that was when she finally noticed the source of the singing, who was sitting on a rock in the middle of a little pool of water.

The source, was female. Though something was…. Off about her. She seemed to have gills, with seaweed like hair and a… fish tail? That was when she noticed Luz, a smirk creeping onto her face. It was an illusion, though. And sure as hell, Luz was quickly falling under the spell.

“Who are you?”Luz asked, her eyes wide, unable to look away from the strange beauty.

The woman shifted, her tail shifting gently in the water. She sat up, crossing her arms as she looked at Luz. “You first, love.”

She said, tilting her head back slightly. There was something almost mocking in the way she said it. As if she found this humorous.

"I'm... Luz. Luz Noceda." Luz said softly, taking a small step closer, despite her brain telling her to run. Her voice gave away her nervousness, she was clearly confused, but mesmerized.

“Ah yes, I’ve heard of you. The savior of the boiling isles, right my darling?” She asked softly, moving a bit so she was more visible.

“How do you know that?” Luz asked curiously, her eyes flickering across the woman’s face. She was certainly very… pretty.

Her eyes flicked to the pool of water, and she took a closer look at it. It was a sort of hot spring, the water was steaming, even from where Luz was.

The woman chuckled, noticing Luz looking towards the water. “Are you curious about the pool, my love?” She asked with a smirk, tilting her head.

Luz nodded quickly, taking another step closer.“Yes, actually. Can- Can I see it?” she asked curiously, her gaze still flickering across the woman. She was certainly beautiful, in a way, her tail flicked against it.
