After the events of Wednesday's first year at Nevermore, she and the other students thought that they were safe once again. That was, until Sheriff Donovan Galpin, son of Tyler Galpin, began to dig for incriminating evidence against Wednesday, given she had gotten his own blood locked up. So, after analysing everything he could, he decided to sue Wednesday for every crime she was guilty of. Her fellow students sat in the seats of the courtroom, their murmurs spreading throughout the room like wildfire, while the judge sat upon his seat, ready to begin. Wednesday and Donovan glared at each other, neither one wanting to be the first to look away. That was, until the judge spoke.

"The court is now in session!"
