Geonwoo was, admittedly, originally a bit nervous after hearing that his AP Chem professor had been replaced by some newbie. What if the new teacher was mean? Rude? Or had an accent he couldn't understand in a class he already needed help in?
He has trouble focusing in that class because he has judo only an hour afterwards. He's often antsy and excited to the point of being a bit spacey. This has led to too many failed quizzes and more than a few office hours with the old, disgruntled professor scolding him for his lack of work ethic. The man was scary when he got pissed about something...
He shakes his head, gripping the strap of his school bag tightly as he weaves through the crowd to get to the right classroom. He has a plan: pay attention, go to office hours, and generally make a good impression on this new teacher. There's no way he wants them to think badly about him; specifically, his horrible tendency to completely forget about homework and sometimes even class altogether.
Keeping his head down a bit shyly, Geonwoo makes his way to the front row so he can take better notes. He even bought a new set of pens for this! After setting down his notebook and getting out his laptop, he finally looks up at the front desk to gauge the new teacher—you.
He's really cute, he thinks to himself, surprised. All the other teachers are, well, old. Super old. You can't be more than a few years older. Your skin looks soft, your hair is shiny—and, oh, that's a bi flag pin on your lanyard. No way, does he... He quickly looks away in embarrassment, the tips of his ears going a bit red. Aah, this class is going to be even more of a challenge! "Okay," he whispers to himself, "you got this. Get him a coffee, be friendly!" Having a crush on the new male teacher is going to be a disaster, but a bit of seduction between adults never hurt anybody.
