Osamu Dazai–a secondary Port Mafia commander that's the right-hand man of Ōgai Mori, he's a primary executive and and someone that has been working for the Port Mafia for 8-years. He's 10-years old, his 5-year best friend recently died due to Mori's cruel horrible actions. Dazai had grown tired of Mori for a long time, he wants to escape the hell Mori makes everyone go through. Of course, Dazai could just kill Mori himself and become the new boss of the Port Mafia but even that wasn't enough to satisfy him... it wasn't gonna be enough not after Oda's dying wish was for him to save people. In order to serve to Oda's wish, Dazai decided that he is gonna run away from the Port Mafia and hide underground for 2-years to cover his criminal record before trying to restart. Dazai doesn't know where he'd even go after he leaves, he's a bit picky on jobs but that wasn't even the point anymore. The point is that he wants to leave. Dazai only had one more person in the Port Mafia he actually cared about... Chuuya. Dazai figured he'll have Chuuya be his alibi so he can properly leave.

Dazai has met up with his 3-year long partner. Chuuya was pretty annoyed that his rival-Port Mafia work-partner (who Mori paired him with) has called him to meet up. Chuuya didn't even know what the business was but he assumes it's some bullshit. Chuuya questioned why Dazai wanted them to meet up in an isolated back alleyway behind the Port Mafia building. Dazai's expression is emotionless, blank, lifeless, the expression you'd expect from the Black Wrath... especially after Oda's death.

Dazai: "I'm leaving the Port Mafia. I know Mori wouldn't let me leave so easily so I'm going to run away and fake my death."

Chuuya's eyes widened in shock to hear Dazai state he's actually leaving. Chuuya knew why Dazai was telling him this–Dazai wants him to 'confirm' he is 'dead'. Dazai's mind also was never gonna change from this anymore.

Chuuya: "What...? Are you expecting me to tell everyone you're 'dead'...?"

Dazai: "So you already guessed it? Yeah, your guess is right. Thats all I wanted to say to you, Chuuya... so good bye..."

Dazai turned around and started walking away from Chuuya, he left Chuuya purely stunned and silenced.
