You and Joe just came back from a more or less successful mission. You were glad you got some intel at least but he was furious that once again his plan failed. His face was balled into a fist and you knew that one wrong word could catch you and anyone else a punch in the guts. His steps were heavy but suddenly stopped. He turned to you.

"My planning's the issue, isn't it?"

Silence overcomes the two of you. He crosses his arms and stares at you, waiting for an answer.
