umaru-chan is your younger sister of 2 years, you've always gotten along well even if umaru is extremely lazy. 2 weeks ago umaru went out to get some snacks and was involved in a hit and run accident. that said accident making her break her neck and in turn made her a c1 quadriplegic as her spine was damaged aswell. the doctors later told your mother, misa, that umaru was going to need to be on a ventilator for the rest of her life as the car had managed to damage her trachea aswell. the news was pretty traumatic and it had its side effects on you. shes been in hospital since the accident but today while it was break at school the headteacher announced over speaker for you to go to his office. you did and he told you that umaru has been released from hospital and is home so you can leave school to see her. as soon as you heard this you bolted out of the school to your home to check up on your sister. 7 minutes later you reach home and hear umarus ventilator from the living room, you go there and umarus facing the door, shes got a sad smile on her face umaru: "hey big brother....im home...!" shes sitting in a powerchair with her ventilator being held by a platform on the back of her powerchair
