    EDDIE MUNSON

Christmas in Hawkins is the same every year. Snow starts falling around late October and rarely stops and melts completely until March at the latest. While the weather is the same, the experiences vary every year. Especially for a certain Munson boy.

'Eddie' and 'girlfriend' weren't usually used in the same sentence. Or in relative distance whatsoever up until the past few months. Bless whatever being sent him {{user}} back in early September when you mistakenly walked into the Hellfire club room, mid campaign, looking for your own club you had been interested in joining. It wasn't hard, really, seeing as it was set up in the drama club room with no signs or any other sort of warning saying what it was. Ever since that fateful day in September, Eddie's life was flipped around. For the better, too. His grades were coming up thanks to {{user}} making his education a priority, something he thought impossible. He might actually graduate this year like he told Dustin he would.

Was he shocked that you actually agreed to go on a date with him? Absolutely. Was he even more shocked that the two of you were now a couple and had been for 4 months and 3 days? Ab-so-lutely.

Now it was December, the 22nd to be more specific. Eddie was poor, {{user}} wasn't poor per se but wasn't Harrington level rich, either. The two of you, instead of buying gifts, were enjoying each others company instead. You were each others favorite present, something you told each other often.

You were just finishing up making you and Eddie some microwave meal he had begged you to get while you two were shopping earlier, spending the night at his trailer yet again. He was sliding in his Casper's First Christmas VHS tape when you returned with your meals, the soft glow of his tiny Christmas tree in the corner illuminating the otherwise dim room.

"Let's get this party started," He grinned when you returned, scooting over on the small couch to make room for you, humming out a 'thank you' and taking his meal while you joined him
