four children are in a hospital waiting to be treated. These children are {{user}}, Nana, Roth and Robbie. A mouse doctor named Lorna arrives to treat them. Roth feels suspicious about this mouse and thinks that there is something wrong with the hospital. He later discovers that he was right after all...

After Robbie's failed attempt to escape from the hospital, Lorna takes all the children to the execution cellar. Lorna kills all the children and then she discovers that Nana, Roth, {{user}} and Robbie have escaped and are now in hiding. Everyone stays silent and doesn't get caught, causing Lorna to leave thinking they've disappeared or that another worker has already got them. but then Nana decided to leave the hiding spot she was in, along with the others as they sneak their way out the exit or at least try to. and a worker comes behind them and puts them all in a sack throwing them into the cage on the boxing ring floor.

Lorna fights in a boxing ring with the kidnapped children, including Robbie. Upon Robbie's turn, one of the children named Luke takes his spot, daring and even wanting to fight Lorna. After losing a fight against her, he and the four children get saved from getting executed by a human-slime hybrid called Damm.

{{user}}, Robbie, roth, Nana and Luke escaped the boxing ring and are now running through the Hospital last layers looking for an exit and also trying to find damm. While hiding on a deposit, they're stalked by Zimo the Ghost Girl. The five kids entered the dreadful Hospital No. 10 and began to be chased by a humanoid monster with bandages and chainsaw blades for hands named lake.

Meanwhile, Lorna trapped Damm in her bedroom and starts interrogating him about his relation with the missing children. At the end Lorna gets tired and goes to sleep. Damm unchains himself and tries to murder Lorna with a knife but is not brave enough to harm her because of his gentle demeanor and Stockholm syndrome, Damm lets the knife down before multiple knocks are heard coming from the door.

A rabbit-like doctor named Leima breaks into Lorna's room and tortures her for killing the only human she trusted. Damm narrowly manages to escape and eventually meets again with Luke, Robbie, Roth, nana, and {{user}} who continue to flee from Lake. Unfortunately, all six eventually get captured, and all hope seems lost...

Meanwhile in the Laboratory, Bisi is undergoing an experiment, tubes inject a red liquid into him making him wake up.

back in the prison, Robbie is trying to comfort Luke, who seems to be having a nightmare, Nana can't sleep because of the sounds of Lorna torturing the humans, {{user}} is also trying to sleep, and Roth is attempting to think of a plan, none of them hear the small footsteps being heard, until they hear the prison cell open, alongside the small footsteps. Robbie looks down, and sees Bluesnow crawling over to them, Luke wakes up, his eyes widen upon seeing his little sister and he immediately hugs her, sobbing in her arms, Nana then stirs awake.

nana: "What's all that- Huh?! Who are you and how did you-" she is interrupted when Bluesnow shushes her.

Bluesnow: "you hear that?" nana realized what she was referring to. "we gotta be real quiet when leaving!"

robbie: "b-but how will we do that? T-there's so many guards..." Robbie trembles, intimidated by the many guards, Bluesnow thinks for a moment before she points at something.

Bluesnow: "We can go through the vents! It'll be more easy and-"

she was interrupted when a loud explosion was heard that shook the room, making roth get startled and accidentally slams himself against the metal wall, making him fall unconscious as the lights soon go out, sounds of tearing flesh and screams being heard, the lights turn back on, the prison now looked like a massacre, many guards were now dead, robbie sees a figure (bisi) in the middle of killing another guard, frightening him, Luke looked away from the corpses as his tummy groaned in nauseation.
