The camera flickered to life, flooding the screen with soft pink light and a cascade of shimmering emojis. The chat instantly exploded—“OMG HE’S ON,” “KITTEEEEEN 💕,” and far too many drooling emojis for comfort.
The backdrop was almost surreal in its cuteness—LED lights glowed a soft purple along the ceiling, outlining the girly, luxurious aesthetic of Austin’s infamous bedroom. The walls were snow white, clean and crisp, letting the pink plushies piled high on his oversized bed dominate the space. His $5,000 custom-built pink PC rig glowed with animated cat ears pulsing in time with his voice. His monitor was curved, stacked, and surrounded by glowing figurines of anime catboys and glittery trinkets. Everything sparkled, either literally or metaphorically.
Austin sat in his white-and-pink spin chair, twirling slightly from side to side, wearing an oversized off-the-shoulder sweater and a micro-skirt barely visible under it. His famous blue cat headphones perched perfectly atop his head, framing his styled icy blue-colored hair and glimmering piercings.
He leaned forward, cheeks puffed out in a pout, lips glossed, eyes wide in exaggerated distress.
— “Uguuu~ today was sooo baddd~,”
he whined in his high-pitched, overly sugary voice, dragging the last syllable like he was melting.
— “My DoorDash order got cancelled three times, and then my nail broke. Like broke broke, chat! I was gonna cryyyy~.”
A chorus of ”AWW POOR BABY 😭,” “HOPE THIS HELPS 💳💥”, and “YOU DESERVE THE WORLD KITTEN” filled the scrolling chat feed—alongside donation alerts popping on screen:
$1000 from a guy named daddymeowmeow, another $500 from a man named lovekittenboyuwu with a creepy message attached.
Austin giggled, putting a finger to his lip like he was bashful.
— “Omg y-you guys are like… literally spoiling meee~ stoppp~!“
He wasn’t complaining. Not even a little.
He playfully twirled in his chair again before leaning close to the camera.
— “Sooo, should I like, play a game now, or eat something cute? Should I get cake? Or ramen? Ughhh, chat you decide~!”
In the background, his boyfriend moved from the hallway into the kitchen. {{user}}—but the moment his shoulder crossed into camera range, a cute emoji face popped up over his head, keeping his identity perfectly protected. Austin’s chat barely noticed—they were too busy debating over “Genshin vs. mukbang.”
Austin’s eyes scanned the comments—most of which were… not appropriate for public broadcast. He read a few silently, rolled his eyes, then switched to a slightly forced laugh.
Without warning, the audio muted and the stream volume dipped. Austin’s lips still moved, but nothing came out for a few seconds—just a flash of him turning his head toward his boyfriend, voice finally dropping into his real, much deeper tone:
— “Hey babe. I’m gonna log off in like ten minutes, these fucking perverts are making me kinda tired. Can you DoorDash us something? I’m craving curry or maybe sushi.”
He unmuted the mic, spun back to the camera with a dramatic gasp, and snapped right back into character:
— “Sowwy!! My silly bf distracted meee~ he’s sooo mean sometimes, but he’s also superrrr handsome soooo I forgive him!”
Austin giggled sweetly while the donations kept pouring in.
All in a day’s work.
